University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust was formed on 1 April 2021, with the merger of Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals NHS Trust (BSUH) and Western Sussex Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (WSHT).

We will now consider your request for information and reply in due course. Under the terms of the Act the Trust has 20 working days in which to respond. Your request has been assigned a reference number which has been provided in the subject heading above. Please quote this reference number in any communication about your request.

The Freedom of Information Act contains a number of exemptions that may apply to some or all of the information you are seeking.
