Roedd y cais yn llwyddiannus.

Dear University of the Highlands and Islands,

I originally submitted this request to the Head of Quality at Perth College, UHI on the 17/4/19. After initially refusing my request as vexatious and being overruled by the Scottish Information Commissioner, Perth College, UHI has now said that they do not hold the information and that it is held by the UHI.

I would be grateful therefore if you could supply me with the requested information.

My original request was:

"Please also provide under FOI the course documentation/CUR02s/CUR03s for the health studies programmes that you refer to in your letter:
"it is normal practice for health studies programmes to have an 80-credit placement unit within the structure "

My request to the UHI is:

Please supply me with the module and course descriptors for the UHI health studies programmes referred to by the Head of Quality, i.e. health studies programmes with 80 credit placement units?

Please could you also provide me with a list of all the health studies programmes offered by the UHI (at any academic partner) which include any form of placement or work-based learning?

Please could you provide me with the course descriptors for those health studies programmes in the list requested above?

Please could you provide me with the module descriptors for the placement/work-based learning modules from the above list, irrespective of the number of credits awarded for those modules?

Yours faithfully,

S A Moore
