Dear FOI,

Thank you for your response.

We believe payments made to Fostering Agencies are mainly missing.

Payments to suppliers who provide a service in Health and Social Care seem to be missing. If it would help, these would include all suppliers falling under the categories :-

1. Payments to suppliers who provide fostering and adoption services to the Council
2. Payments to suppliers who provide care services to the council. This would include suppliers who provide care under each of below -
a. Children's Residential/ Nursing Care Providers
b. Adult Residential/ Nursing Care Providers
c. Elderly Residential/ Nursing Care Providers
d. Domiciliary Care Home Providers
e. Supported Living Care Home Providers
f. Care at Home Providers
g. Providers who carry out Homeless Services
3. Payments to suppliers who provide Special Education Services

We would appreciate it if you could please look into this for us.

Yours sincerely,
nikhil prabhu

Dear FOI,

On checking https://www.stoke.gov.uk/directory/27/da... I do see that for 2019; only reports for Jan, Apr & Dec are published (& do contain HSC data). Could you please let me know where the rest of the months are uploaded? It would be nice if the site was categorized to appear a little more user friendly.

Thank you,
Yours sincerely,

Dear Nikhil

Thanks for your email.

One of our Finance colleagues has done a simple search of 'Transparency report 2019' and found reports for all months - https://www.stoke.gov.uk/site/scripts/go...

Would it be helpful if we asked one of them to contact you?

The comments regarding the site being made more 'user friendly' are noted.
