Dear St Helens Metropolitan Borough Council,

St Helens Council recently employed Mott McDonald to interrogate the traffic assessment in the Haydock Point planning application.
Can you tell me how much Mott McDonald were paid.
Can you also explain why the council needed to hire a consultant to interrogate this application but did not employ consultants to carry out similar interrogations for the Florida Farm and Parkside planning applications.
