Dear Thirteen Group,

Haunted Housing Stock

I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request the following information from yourselves relating to housing stock which is haunted.
I am not asking your housing authority to acknowledge the existence of the paranormal, simply to relay the information on homes which are part of your stock.
By houses / homes I am using the term loosely to describe any inhabitable dwelling in which you have tenants.

1. How many reports of ghosts have you received from tenants in the following calendar years; 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 to date.

2. Please provide me with the number of homes rented by your group in the following calendar years; 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 to date.

3. Has thirteen group ever had to commission the services of a medium or exorcist as a result of the report of paranormal activity in a home?

If it is not possible to provide the information requested due to the information exceeding the cost of compliance limits identified in Section 12, please provide advice and assistance, under the Section 16 obligations of the Act, as to how I can refine my request.
If you can identify any ways that my request could be refined I would be grateful for any further advice and assistance.
