Hartley's Jam Factory redevelopment - Planning breach (affordable housing)

Mae'r ymateb i'r cais hwn yn hwyr iawn. Yn ôl y gyfraith, ym mhob amgylchiad, dylai Southwark Borough Council fod wedi ymateb erbyn hyn. (manylion). Gallwch gwyno drwy yn gofyn am adolygiad mewnol.

Dear Southwark Borough Council,

In September 2000, Southwark granted planning permission for the redevelopment of Hartley's Jam Factory in Bermondsey to provide 154 residential units (ref:99-AP-1361), a number of which were to be provided as affordable housing including social rented.

Please provide me with a copy of the planning officer's report for this application (ref:99-AP-1361) and a copy of the section 106 agreement signed in relation to it.

Furthermore, please provide me with a full tenure-breakdown of the number of units which have actually provided by this development, showing how many private and how many affordable units have been provided. This should include details of whether these have been provided as affordable rent or social rent.

Also, if there has been a breach of the planning consent, please provide full details of any such breach and what actions the Council has taken or is planning to take in relation to any such breach.

I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully,

Jerry Flynn

Dear Ms Plewniak,

Thank you for your response.
However it seems that some of the information I requested has not been provided. I requested a copy of the planning officer's report for the original planning permission (ref: 99-AP-1361) and a copy of the section 106 agreement relating to this original permission. I am well aware that some of the breaches were regularised by a retrospective planning permission in 2010, but it is the original planning application documents that we are interested in.

I look forward to receiving these at your earliest convenience.

Yours sincerely,

Jerry Flynn

Dear Ms Plewniak,

We requested a copy of the Council's statement of case for the High Court claim HC-2015-002333.

You said it was publicly available from the court file at the High Court but we have been unable to obtain a copy.

Would you please provide us with a copy of the Council's statement of case.

Yours sincerely,

Dear Ms Plewniak,

Thanks very much for this, but it would appear that the original June 2015 claim you sent is incomplete - pages after page 17 appear to be missing. Please send these and any appendices to this claim.

Also the amended claim of June 2016 appears to be missing its 3 appendices. Please send me a copy of these.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Yours sincerely,
