Hardie Brack valuation report on Upton & West Kirby fire stations
Dear Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service,
MFRS has its properties valued by an external valuer (Hardie Brack Chartered Surveyors).
Please could you provide a copy of:
a) the most recent valuation report of Hardie Brack Chartered Surveyors for West Kirby fire station
and
b) the most recent valuation report of Hardie Brack Chartered Surveyors for Upton fire station
Yours faithfully,
John Brace

Thanks for those points,
Due to cross border agreements with other fire and rescue services to provide fire cover outside the Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service area I doubt Heswall station is at any risk of closure.
I don't want to add Wallasey as if the request takes more than 18.5 hours it can be turned down (although this may fall under the Environmental Information Regulations which don't have such a restriction). Adding to the complexity of the request increases the likelihood it can be refused.
Dear Mr Brace
Please see the attached letter in acknowledgement to your recent request made under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Kind Regards

Is it worth asking the same for the 'commercially valuable' Heswall station and Wallasey at the same time?
