Dear Birmingham City Council,

The Harborne Clock Tower:

1. Please provide the most recent planning application number in respect of the residential development at HCT by EDG Property Harborne.

Birmingham City Council extended the Harborne Clock Tower lease granted to EDG Property, doubling its length from 125 years to 250.

2.Please provide the date of the report authorising this increase/ variation in lease length, and a copy of the report.

2. Please confirm the number of times Bham City council has increased 125 leases to 250 years between 1 January 2011 and 18 March 12014.

3 Please confirm what premium exactly has been paid by EDG in respect of Bham city council's extension / variation of lease from 125 to 250 years.

The Harborne Clock Tower:
