Hampstead Bus Review

Roedd y cais yn rhannol lwyddiannus.

Dear Transport for London,

I am requesting information to confirm if there was a bus review conducted around the Hampstead area around this year. If there was a review conducted, could I also request the bus review paper summarising the ideas/proposals within it?

Yours faithfully,

Sean Cirillo

Dear Transport for London,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

Thank you for pointing to the information on your website; however, this information differs from what I have asked for. For that reason I would like to request an internal review of your response to Transport for London for handling of my FOI request 'Hampstead Bus Review' as I was not confirmed weather a review took place ealier this year ( 2021 ) aswell not providing the review paper I requested.

Other than the proposed changes to axing the 168 service replaced by Route 1, the other rumours rumours I was confirmed " Routes 24, 102, 144 and School Route 603 " was involved in the bus review. I only received a link to a consultation of the 168 proposal to axe the route. This is not a bus review paper as I requested or a confirmation if a review was even conducted in the Hampstead area ealier this year ( 2021 ). From all of this this I could argue that the information I requested was refused to be given away.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/ha...

Yours faithfully,

Dear Mr Cirillo

I am contacting you regarding your request for an internal review
concerning the response provided to FOI-1865-2122. Following your email of
3 December a review has been carried out by an Independent Review Panel
(‘the Panel’) consisting of individuals who were not involved in the
handling of your request. As part of the review the panel have reviewed
the information held in relation to FOI-1865-2122.

In your request of 13 November you specifically asked for “I am requesting
information to confirm if there was a bus review conducted around the
Hampstead area around this year. If there was a review conducted, could I
also request the bus review paper summarising the ideas/proposals within
it?”

The panel can confirm that there has been no Hampstead Bus Review in 2021.
There was a review on route 168 on 14 September as part of the Central
London changes, however it did not cover the other routes you have
questioned.

There was also some work done to look at Highgate in 2020 which looked at
routes 24 and 603. However this work has been superseded by the central
London work. We have been unable to identify any recent work on route102
and route 144.

I hope the above response has provided a better clarity regarding the
information you seek, however if you are dissatisfied with the internal
review actions to date please do not hesitate to contact me or alternately
you can refer the matter to the independent authority responsible for
enforcing the Freedom of Information Act, at the following address:

Information Commissioner’s Office

Wycliffe House

Water Lane

Wilmslow

Cheshire SK9 5AF

A complaint form is also available on the ICO’s website
([1]www.ico.org.uk).

Yours sincerely
