Hagley Playing Fields Pavilion

We're waiting for Mrs Jones to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Bromsgrove District Council,

I am deeply concerned with Hagley Pavilion that was given planning permission in 2015, and has still not been completed. It has nearly doubled in costs so far and has had numerous contractors throughout. The original architect has now left and I would query whether the proper procedure was followed when advertising and employing the architect and contractors. Advertising the pavilion with regards to 7 letters being distributed to 7 houses surrounding the pavilion were not received and no-one saw any signage for 3 weeks to inform the community about the plans, so any objections could be made. Due to this there were no objections to any letters or by an entire community which would be impossible not to have any objections. I would therefore like to request a copy of the letter that was supposed to be sent out and also a copy of the signage that was supposed to be advertised for 21 days. I would also like to see details of funding for the pavilion and any other paper work proving the legality of the build.

Yours faithfully
