Dear Hackney Borough Council,

re Hackney Council Collection of data on FOI requestors

The internal review request is overdue, please attend to it immediately. It would appear that the FOI department is in complete disregard for the Acts of Parliament it is meant to carry out on behalf of the public

Dear Kim Starbuck,

Thank you for your reply.
There were 4 requests, which I would not define as numerous. The only reason why you are having to deal with 4 at once is that Hackney Borough Council have failed to comply with their duty under the Act.
The four requests which are all due an internal review are
Hackney Council Collection of Data on FOI Requestors 29th April 2014
Barratt Report 6th July 2013
Council Response to Barratt Report 28th January 2014
Jason Swift 17th February 2014
You can read the history of the requests on the What Do They Know website, as the Council knows and is made clear on each of the internal review requests

Yours sincerely,

rebecca hemsley

Dear Hackney Borough Council,

Please pass this complaint on to the Monitoring Office. The FOI department continues to de facto refuse to do their duty under the FOI Act. Please ensure that they do so and complete 4 overdue internal reviews
