In view of this, together with recent guidance received regarding the process to be adopted in respect of reviews of injury on duty awards, it has been decided that the review process will begin in the near future"

Please provide me with;

An explanation of the phrase "together with recent guidance received regarding the process to be adopted in respect of reviews of injury on duty awards".
