1) Please explain in what circumstances a DWP Decision Maker would find a claimant fit for work after having been warned by a health professional of a possible risk of suicide or harm to the claimant if found fit for work

2) Please supply the guidance to Decision Makers on finding a claimant fit for work when in possession of a document from a health professional stating that the claimant is at risk of harm or suicide.
