Thank you for your information request, submitted with Mid Ulster District
Council under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (the Act) on 30/08/2022
 for the provision of information on software utilised for the the
management of grounds maintenance, tree management and playground
areas. The council has considered your request and responds as detailed.

 

1. What software you are using to manage grounds maintenance?

Response:  The Council confirms that it does not have and utilise software
for grounds maintenance. 

2. What software you are using for your tree management?

Response: The Council confirms that it does not have and utilise software
for tree management. 

3. What software you are using to manage playground areas and equipment?

Response: The Council confirms that it utilises Alcumus Info Exchange and
confirms as detailed: 

• What is the annual spend on this contract?  The Council confirms that
this approximately £20,000 per annum
• What are the start date & duration of the contract?  The Council
confirms that the period of the contract is March 2017 to March 2023
• Is there an extension clause in the contract and, if so, the duration
of the extension? The council confirms that there is and and this is
subject to Council approval.
• Has a decision been made yet on whether the contract is being either
extended or renewed? The Council confirms that a decision has not been
taken on this
• Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for
