Green infrastructure spending since 2010

Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy did not have the information requested.

Dear Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy,

The government's 2020 '10 Point Plan for a Green Industrial Revolution' envisages spending £12 - 20 billion on supporting green infrastructure including transport, offshore wind and R&D investments over the course of the current parliament. Can BEIS give an estimate for the total value of government support/subsidy for green infrastructure in every year going back to 2010? It does not have to be 100% accurate as I understand it might be difficult to estimate everything that would count as 'green infrastructure' spending, but a general idea of the total value of all government spending on green infrastructure is what I am hoping to find out.

Yours faithfully,

John Lubbock
