Dear Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council,

1. Further to your undated response to my request of 18 July 2018 under the same title as this, does your statement that the site of the golf resort is not within one of the Green Belt Parcels identified for further investigation mean that all of Council's investigations have been completed?

2. If so, what were those investigations; and,

3. were they completed to Council's satisfaction; and,

4. that Council remains in partnership with NJVG with the intention of submitting the golf resort proposal as a Planning Application?

5. If this remains the case, what is the revised timetable of events up to and including the Application, please?

Yours faithfully,

John H Hutchinson
