Please find below a response to your Freedom of Information request dated
12 February 2014:

 

Prospectus Design and Artwork

 

1.       When will you be tendering for your next prospectus?

We will not be tendering for the design and artwork for our next
prospectus, as these publications are created in-house by our design team.

2.       Who designed your last prospectus and when was this?

The last and all of our publications are designed by our in-house design
team.

3.       How many people tendered for your last prospectus and who were
they?

N/A

4.       How much did you pay for your last prospectus for the design and
artwork?

Internal costs only.

5.       How many did you get printed?

The last prospectus/publication was the School Partnership Prospectus.  We
had 1000 printed.

Our main flagship publication is the College Course Guide and 12,000 are
printed.

6.       How much did you pay for the printing?

SPP - £797.00, CCG £7,442.18

 

Website Design and Management

 

1.       When will you be next tendering for a refresh or redesign of your
website?

We update as much as possible using in-house resources.  There are no
present plans for a complete redesign.

2.       When was your website last updated in terms of the design, look
and feel and when was this?

Complete redesign around 3 years ago, for mainframe, templates and content
management system.

3.       How many people tendered for your last website refresh and who
were they?

The College ran a tender but costs were prohibitive and we therefore chose
to update the website using an existing maintenance agreement.

4.       How much did this cost?

Less than £10k.
