Internal Review Request

Dear Ms. Williams
Thank you for your request for an internal review, received 22 October
2014. We are sorry that you are dissatisfied with H&F’s attempts to handle
your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
The Information Commissioner’s Office allows a time-limit of 20-40 working
days to investigate and provide a full response. We plan to complete this
task within 20 working days and therefore calculate that a full response
will be provided to you by 19 November 2014.
If we need to extend the deadline to the full 40 working days, we will
contact you to inform you of this extension.
Yours sincerely

Dear Ms. Williams
We write regarding your request for an internal review, received 22
October 2014. As explained in our acknowledgement of your request,
the The Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) recommend a time-limit of
20-40 working days to investigate and provide a full
response. Unfortunately, due to unplanned staff absence we were not able
to complete the review within the 20 working day deadline of 19 November
2014. We therefore need to extend this deadline to the full 40 working
days, as allowed by the ICO. We calculate the revised deadline for
completion to be 16 December 2014.
Although we have had to extend the deadline to the full 40 working days we
will endeavour to provide you with a full response prior to this date.
Yours sincerely,
Anthea Ferguson
