Grantham - Refuse Bins - Neal's Crescent NG31 , policy as to storage ?
Dear South Kesteven District Council,
Grantham - Refuse Bins - Neal's Crescent NG31 , policy as to storage ?
What is the current policy (if any regarding) leaving domestic refuse bins in front of house's and on open display to the public?
Should these bins not be stored off street & in owners back yards etc?
Yours faithfully,
