Dear Mr Kurt

We acknowledge receipt of your Freedom of Information request (below) which was sent to the Western Health and Social Care Trust (Northern Ireland). Our reference number for this request is listed in the subject line of this email and should be quoted in any future communications.

In response we would advise that GP Practices in Northern Ireland fall under the remit of the regional Health and Social Care Board (HSCB) and not the Health & Social Care Trusts, therefore the Western HSC Trust would not hold the requested information. Details about GP practice lists will be held by the HSCB (www.hscboard.hscni.net) and you may wish to contact them directly about this and your further query about the clinical systems they use.
