business plan.
2. An outline of your intentions regarding utilisation of awarded grant money.
3. If there is an opportunity for you to involve the skills & experience of an architectural
company to support you in this process?

Further to the email you received from North East Derbyshire District

Gill Callingham, Director of Development and Project Director. Karl Apps,
Joint Housing Strategy and Growth Manager and Project Manager. The Clay
Cross Town Deal Board have procured Nexus Planning who are leading a
consortium to deliver the Clay Cross Town Investment Plan.
 

 2. An outline of your intentions regarding utilisation of awarded grant
money.

To first develop the Clay Cross Town Investment Plan and when this has
been agreed with MHCLG, turn this into Full Business Cases for the
identified projects in the Clay Cross Town Investment Plans.
 

 3. If there is an opportunity for you to involve the skills & experience
of an architectural company to support you in this process?

Yes, if they are able to develop Full Business Cases from the identified
projects within the Clay Cross Town Investment Plan.
