Governance Structure

John Barnby made this Rhyddid Gwybodaeth request to NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit

This request has been closed to new correspondence. Contact us if you think it should be reopened.

Roedd y cais yn rhannol lwyddiannus.

Dear NHS South Commissioning Support Unit,

I have visited your website but cannot discover who 'owns' the organisation or how it is governed.

It explains who your "team" is but not the operational framework or how it is overseen by a Board or whatever. It is not clear if it is a privately owned entity with shareholders or part of a Trust or some other arrangement.

Nor do there appear to be any policies other than the simple 'Customer Charter'. No sign of a complaints procedure or a constitution.

Could you please provide link to the the relevant page(s) that sets this out?

Yours faithfully,

John Barnby
