The information I am specifically after:-
The job score (the figure after all the individual factor scores have been added together)
Whether your CSAs receive and resolve Revenues & Benefits calls.
I should also like to know whether you have a “Local Conventions” document.
If so, I should like a copy please.

1. The job score for the role of Customer Service Adviser was 350.
2. CSA’s receive and resolve Council Tax (Revenues) calls but NOT
3. We do not have a "Local Conventions" document. We hold a paper
copy of the current scheme in use, which we are not permitted to store or
reproduce without the permission of the copyright holder. The scheme is
the Greater London Provincial Council Job Evaluation Scheme 2016.
If you have a complaint about the way in which your request for
information has been handled, please write to the Council’s Head of Legal
Services for a review. Should you remain dissatisfied you have the right
to apply to the Information Commissioner for a decision.
