Dear East Devon District Council,

I should like to know the outcome of the GLPC job evaluation assessment for the role of Customer Service Adviser, Contact Centre.

The information I am specifically after:-

 The job score (the figure after all the individual factor scores have been added together)
 Whether your CSAs receive and resolve Revenues & Benefits calls.

I should also like to know whether you have a “Local Conventions” document.

If so, I should like a copy please.

Thank you for your freedom of information request. Please find the
response to your query below.

 

I should like to know the outcome of the GLPC job evaluation assessment
for the role of Customer Service Adviser, Contact Centre.

 

The information I am specifically after:-

 

·         The job score (the figure after all the individual factor scores
have been added together) - The total score for the Customer Service
Adviser is 326  

·         Whether your CSAs receive and resolve Revenues & Benefits calls
- This job role is not expected to deal with Revenues and Benefits
queries, these are dealt with separately by another team

 

I should also like to know whether you have a “Local Conventions” document
- We have a document of local conventions for the JE scheme and this is
attached.
