Dear Craven District Council,

I should like to know the outcome of the GLPC job evaluation assessment for the role of Customer Service Adviser, Contact Centre.

The information I am specifically after:-

 The job score (the figure after all the individual factor scores have been added together)
 Whether your CSAs receive and resolve Revenues & Benefits calls.

I should also like to know whether you have a “Local Conventions” document.

If so, I should like a copy please.

When responding to this request, I would ask you to please be mindful of ICO Decision Notice FS50229617.

Yours faithfully,

Ms A Baker

Dear Craven District Council,

The GLPC Job Evaluation Scheme is based on 11 factors:-

1. Supervision/Management of People
2. Creativity and Innovation
3. Contacts and Relationships
4. Decisions – Discretion
5. Decisions – Consequences
6. Resources
7. Work Environment – Work Demands
8. Work Environment – Physical Demands
9. Work Environment – Working Conditions
10. Work Environment – Work Context
11. Knowledge and Skills

Each factor has a number of different levels within it.

Each level carries a set number of points which, when added together, gives a total score for a job.

This is the figure I am after.

Licensed users of the GLPC Scheme MAY decide to develop local conventions (interpretations) in order to support the application of the Scheme.

It sounds like Craven District Council doesn’t have a ‘Local Conventions’ document?

Yours sincerely,

Ms A Baker
