With regard to reports of GLA officer(s) visits to Philadelphia and New York in Autumn 2014 to investigate these cities abandonment of tunnel solutions in favour of green infrastructure solutions to the same Combined Sewer Overflow problems as London currently experiences, please confirm the following:-

1. The reasons for the visit and the briefing given to the officer(s)

2. Who went and who they met

3. The duration of the visit

4. The cost including expenses and gifts received or in kind.

Please provide copies of notes of the meetings and a copy of the report to Mayor’s office.
