Gillick Competence

Cornwall Council did not have the information requested.

Dear Cornwall Council,

(1) Can you please tell me if schools in the region, governed under your Education Authority, will offer the experimental covid jab to school pupils when it is available ; can you advise me whether Gillick Competence legally stands for an experimental jab that has only been granted temporary Emergency Authorisation and where there is documented risk of serious adverse reactions (which include death) and no long term safety data;

(2) Please can you provide me with any risk assessments you have already done in preparation for this roll out ; and any documentation you have made / intend to make available to parents and pupils, advising them on the risks (which include multiple serious adverse reactions and death) giving them opportunity to be fully informed prior to giving consent;

(3) Are memebers of the Council / Education Authority aware if teachers are engaging school pupils in conversations, encouraging this experimental jab that has no long term safety data, during the school day, when no parents are present that this could be deemed evidence of indoctrination and psychological coercion, which is in violation of the Nuremberg Code and the Geneva Convention, in a court of law;

(4) Are members of the Council / Education Authority aware of the Texas State Senate's recent tribunal on the experimental covid vaccine where medical experts gave evidence regarding the lack of safety in giving the experimenental MRNA jabs to children when the following is accepted as true: (i) when last trialled on animals all the test animals died shortly after due to Antibody Dependent Enhancement or Pathogenic Priming, and animal testing has been completely omitted this time (ii) that no vaccine before in medical history has caused so many documented adverse reactions including death and not been immediately pulled from circulation, (iii) that children are not at real risk from Covid 19, nor are they super spreaders. One medical researcher with over 25 years experience gave a strong warning that to give this jab to children would be tantamount to "genocide".*

(5) Are members of the Council and Education Authority aware that in USA and Europe there is a legal movement appealing the roll out of the experimental covid jab on children whist it is still only granted Emergency Authorisation?

(6) Are Council members and the Education Authority aware that Luc Montagnier French Virologist Nobel Prize Winner 2008 stated this week that the vaccines are creating the new variants, the vaccines are now causing the deaths and those who have had the experimental jab are likely to suffer from Antibody Dependent Enchancement , which is the documented cause of death in previous animal tests, in the near future. It is his opinion that the vaccines are of huge medical and scientific error. *
