Thank you for your request for information from Airedale NHS Foundation
Trust which was received on 3^rd September 2019.  Your request has been
given the Reference Number ANHST REF 4445. 

 

We will now proceed to process the request.  The deadline date for issuing
you with a full response is 1^st October  2019.   We will try to respond
to you before this date and we will contact you if we envisage delays or
if we need more information from you.

 

Please note that under the Freedom of Information Act, some information
can be subject to exemptions, which means that the Trust does not have to
provide the information requested.  Some exemptions are “absolute” such as
personal information and some only apply where the “public interest” in
maintaining the exemption, outweighs that of providing the information.

 

In some cases, where identifying, retrieving and processing the requested
information requires more time than the “appropriate cost limit” of two
and half days work, we may refuse the request or we can charge a fee.  If
the latter is the case, I will let you know and a Fees Notice will be
issued to you.  In that case you would need to pay the fee before we
proceeded with your request,  but we will offer assistance and advise you
if, by modifying your request, we could provide you with some non-exempt

Record?  TPP SystmOne

2.     What are the contract start and end dates for the Electronic
Patient Record? The current contract commenced on 01.07.2019 and expires
30.06.2021 for the Fully Managed, Hosted Software For Systmone Clinical
Info System. Also, the current Systmone Community Clinical Information
System and Child Health commenced 08.07.2018 and expires 07.07.2023.

3.      Who is the Trust's current supplier for their Patient
Administration System? TPP SystmOne

4.     What are the contract start and end dates for the Patient
Administration System? The current contract commenced on 01.07.2019 and
expires 30.06.2021 for the Fully Managed, Hosted Software For Systmone
Clinical Info System. Also, the current Systmone Community Clinical

the Trust’s integration system.

7.      How often does the Trust evaluate their Clinical Systems? Ongoing
review process following ITIL methodology

8.      Please supply a copy of the Trust’s latest Digital Strategy -

9.      How regularly does the Trust review their Digital Strategy? Forms
part of existing Governance Structure in a meeting named Digital
Governance which meets on a Bi-Monthly basis.

10.   Who is the Trust's current Chief Clinical Information Officer? Dr

current assessment.  The Trust has not been asked to undertake the Digital
maturity assessment (score) for 2 years now. It is unlikely the score from
2017 could be of any value.  Please advise if you still wish us to
retrieve this for you.

21.   Does the trust outsource their IT services to an external provider,
if so please provide details of provider and contract dates No.

22.   Is the Trust looking to migrate to the cloud in the next 2 years? No

23.   Is the Trust considering their options of outsourcing their IT
