See the attached ICT Organisation Chart for 2019. The ICT organisation
chart for 2020 is being created and will be published on our website once
finalised. Due to COVID-19 and the Council's resources being reallocated,
we cannot confirm the date this will be finalised.

The council does not currently, we use an in-house team to provide ICT
services to the council.

 

• Is the council looking to migrate any of its ICT services to the cloud
in the next 2 years? If so, please provide details of these services.

The council has signed the Local Digital Declaration in 2018.  This
includes commitment to deploying services in accordance with the
technology code of practice.  The council deploys new services in the
cloud where it is possible to do so within the constraints of the specific
project.

No

The ICT structure is currently under review and due to be finalised
shortly.  The 2020-2025 Digital strategy details the forward plan for ICT

The Council uses Pro Contract to advertise opportunities.

 

The response to your request has been dealt with under the Freedom of
