A- I notice in a recent disclosure on this site that The success rate in the recent inspector promotion for Females was 57.3% whilst for males it was Only 43.9% .
I am wondering if there are any indicators or guidance about an acceptable range in terms of equality of opportunity and please provide if so.

B-Please provide copies of all meetings / other documents evidencing efforts to address gender imbalance in success rates at promotion?

D-what percentage of eligible Females applied to commence this promotion process?

E-what percentage of males who undertook it passed the legal exam?

F-What percentage of females Who undertook it passed the legal exam?

G-What percentage of eligible males applied to commence this promotion process?

H-What percentage of males who applied to this process were successful and made a list to be promoted?

I-What percentage of eligible females applied to commence this promotion process?

J-What percentage of females who applied to this process were successful and made a list to be promoted?

I write in connection with your request for information dated 24th July
2020 which was received by the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI)
on 24th July 2020.  I note you seek access to the following information:

Gender equality promotion

Given the unprecedented challenges PSNI and other first line emergency
responders face during the coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic we may not be
able to respond to your request within the statutory timescales set out
under FOI and data protection legislation and are unlikely to be able to
respond to email queries about requests in a timely fashion. Please accept
our apologies for this.

We  are working to support partner agencies to ensure critical public
health information is available during this time. Further up to date
information can be found on the public health Agency NI website at:
www.publichealth.hscni.net.

We are asking all requesters to consider re-submitting their requests at a
later date when PSNI has returned to business as usual. This will assist
PSNI to concentrate as much resource in responding to this emergency.
Please can you let us know if you now wish us to close your request. It
would be of assistance if you could let us know if you wish to withdraw
your request at this time by  31st July 2020

We have been in contact with the  Information Commissioner’s Office to
highlight the critical changes that will be required to our business in
the weeks and months ahead. They have let us know that they have made
guidance for the public available on their website relating to requests
being processed during  the Corona virus pandemic .  We will continue to
work closely with the Information Commissioner throughout this crisis
keeping them informed.
