Gender equality in STEM subjects at the University of Dundee

Roedd y cais yn llwyddiannus.

S. Grove (Ataliwyd y cyfrif)

Dear University of Dundee,

The University of Dundee would appear to place a high value on gender equality. Within Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) subjects this is evidenced by the communication of the Athena SWAN Bronze 2017 award.

In a situation where a tenured professor and department/division head brings their offspring into the University of Dundee for work experience placements what gender equality policy and procedure is being followed if BOTH the son and the daughter are undertaking work experience placements?

When was this gender equality policy for work experience placements introduced?

Yours faithfully,
S. Grove
