GE2019 Postal Votes in Bury South and Bury North

We're waiting for Tim Ellis to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Bury Metropolitan Borough Council,

Please provide me with the following information under the FOI Act.

1. The date on which the postal votes for Bury South and Bury North were opened and verified.

2. The number of people present when the postal vote was verified.

3. The candidates who were represented to witness the opening and verification of the postal vote.

4. Whether any independent witnesses were present at the time of the verification process and if so their name/status as independent witnesses.

5. The percentage of votes cast by postal ballot for the 2019 general election.

6. The name of the company who supplied either personnel and/or software which was used to verify the postal votes.

I have still had no substantive reply to my foi request. Not any reply to my follow up request identifying other local authority foi complying responses to my request.

I am loath to involve the data commissioner but will be forced to do so if no reply adequate for foi in the next 14 days
