Please confirm that the Crown Road garage site site :-

1) will not be allowed to be signed off for occupation until the front entrance from Crown Road and footpaths have been put right (as confirmed by Mears New Homes)?

and, as promised on radio

2) consultation with residents about issues like screening have been addressed?
