Gaining an advantage by being elected as a public governor

The request was successful.

Dear East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust,
Can you please provide the information under the freedom of information act as the Trust governing body made the allegations and has refused to provide the evidence of how this was to happen.
Jane Orris acti g as the whitewash agent for Stephen Smith and Jane Ford has been deliberately obstructive along with the two parties named in refusing to provide the necessary evidence to enable a proper defence to be mounted.
Jane orris has and is attempting to circumvent justice by placing uneccessary obstacles in the way by trying to impose deliberate tight deadlines.
To enable justice to take place this information must be provided.

Yours faithfully,

Graeme Sergeant

Your email has been received by the East Kent Hospitals Information
Governance and FOI Team.  East Kent Hospitals University Foundation Trust
is committed to the Freedom of Information Act 2000.  The NHS is facing
unprecedented challenges relating to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic
at the current time.  Understandably, our resources have been depleted to
support our front-line colleagues who are working tremendously hard to
provide care for our patients, and to those in need of our services.

We strive to be transparent and to work with an open culture.  But at this
time, whilst care of our patients and the safety of our staff takes
precedent, it is likely that responses to some requests for information
will be delayed.  We apologise for this position in advance, and will
endeavour to provide you with as much information as we can, as soon as we
are able.

If you would like to withdraw your request please advise us by replying to
this email. Otherwise we will do our best to respond but as outlined if it
is a complex FOI this is likely to exceed the statutory timescales

The Information Commissioners Office has recognised the current situation
in the NHS.

Many thanks for your patience and Kind Regards

Dear East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust,
Can you please carry out an investigation into the reason why I was mixed up with my granddaughter when my only connection has been the poor Cancer treatment.
I would like to k ow the name of the individual who gave my name, when it was totally wrong and caused me Harrassment and hurt.
Stephen Smith and Jane Orris should not be allowed to get away with this insult and then by trying to hide behind section 42.
Inam entitled to justice and a full explanation
