Funding for winter fill reservoir on Dyson farm

The request was partially successful.

Dear Rural Payments Agency,
I am seeking a freedom of info request to get the RDPE (Rural Development Programme for England) EU funding of the winter fill reservoir currently being constructed by James Dyson's Beeswax farming - Estates Office, Cyclone Way, Nocton, Lincoln LN4 2GR.

My specific interest is as to whether any of the funding has come from the EU funding stream.

Best regards

Otto English

Dear Mr. English,

Re: Environmental Information Regulations – Information Request

We refer to your email dated 26 March which we have dealt with under the
Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (EIR).

You have asked whether the funding for a Rural Development Programme for
England (RDPE) grant scheme comes from the EU funding stream.

The RPA can confirm that this scheme is funded by the EU.

Please also be advised that the requested information is available in the
public domain.

If you are not happy with the way we have handled your request, you can
ask for an internal review. These requests should be submitted in writing
within two months of the date of receipt of the response to your original
request and should be addressed to the Information Rights Team at the
Rural Payments Agency, North Gate House, 21-23 Valpy Street, Reading, RG1

If you are not content with the outcome of the internal review, you have
the right to apply directly to the Information Commissioner for a
decision. Please note that generally the Information Commissioner cannot
make a decision unless you have first exhausted RPA’s own complaints
procedure. The Information Commissioner can be contacted at:
