Dear Mr Morgan

Thank you for your email regarding the London Road Industrial Estate scheme. The capital grant letter that was signed with West Berkshire Council is commercial in confidence, however within the appendices for our Assurance Framework you can see our template capital grant letter, which is very similar. This can be accessed here, see appendix 18 -http://www.thamesvalleyberkshire.co.uk/g...

This project was given conditional approved by the Berkshire Local Transport Body at their November 2014 meeting, the conditions were lifted at March 2015 meeting. All of the approval reports can be found here:
http://democracy.slough.gov.uk/ieListDoc...

We publish high level information relating to each scheme in our eBook, where you can see the LEP investment, which is the specific information that would be within the grant letter. The eBook also shows the planned outputs, that are still due to be delviered. The eBook for our Local Growth Fund programme can be found here and the LRIE is the second scheme that you come to: https://spark.adobe.com/page/lUlLl858NSt...

Yours sincerely

Susan Jones
