Friend temp staying has not advised dvla of new address traffic fines coming here
Dear Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency,
A friend staying at my house had updated her car and drivers details to my address. She has moved out and I do have her forwarding address but we are no longer in contact. Fines are now coming to my address. Should I return to sender? Can I ask that you investigate so that she updates her details?
Yours faithfully,
Robert
