of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, Ref No FOI/17/595.

Over the last two years, of those FOI requests you can respond to by being
the appropriate responsible body,  what was the average number of days to
the final response?

 

From 01 December 2015 to 30 November 2017 we have received approximately
1264 requests.  The average time taken to respond was approximately 20.65
calendar days.

 

 

I hope the information provided here answers your enquiry.  If however,
you are unhappy with the outcome, or the way in which Chorley Council has
handled your request, you may wish to make an appeal.  This can be done in
writing to the Information Manager, Chorley Council, Civic Offices, Union
