we received on 8 August 2018. We have dealt with this as a Freedom of
Information request and I attach a leaflet containing further information
about both your rights and our obligations under this legislation.

In a previous case, the Information Tribunal
have ruled that direct telephone and e-mail
contacts for staff, other than those who are
a published public point of contact, are
exempt from disclosure under section 36 of
the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (where it
would be prejudicial to the effective conduct
of public affairs). This was due to the
interference that it would cause for staff if
their direct contact details were publicly
available and the impact this would have on
their ability to carry out their duties
effectively.
