Dear Slough Borough Council,

On the Department of Education's website regarding free schools consultation the DfE states:-

The Department will write to any potentially affected local authority to seek its views on the likely impact of the proposed school on existing educational institutions before approving an application. The Secretary of State will take these views, as well as any other relevant considerations, into account before entering into a funding agreement.

Therefor can you please supply me a copy of the request from the DfE and SBC response for when Khalsa Secondary Academy was meant to be in Slough and Lynch Hill Enterprise Academy as they are yet to secure a site
