Dear LOUKAS GREGORY,

Thank you for your Freedom of Information submission to Somerset West and
Taunton Council. Your request has been dealt with under the Freedom of
Information Act 2000.

Here is a formal response to your request.

How many investigators are in your fraud investigation team? 2 - An
investigator and also an Intelligence Officer who supports.

Do you have a case management system used by the fraud investigation team?
If so who supplies it and what is the name of the system? When does the
contractual agreement to use the software expire? We have Opus case
management system supplied by Datatank and there is no end to the
contractual agreement for the system- we have it on a rolling basis.

What is the annual cost to use the system? There is no cost to SWT for use
of this system for investigations (as Powys Council who SWT has contracted
with to provide Fraud and error services already use Opus also).

If you are unhappy with the service you have received, you have 40 days
from now to request an internal review. This will be carried out by a
Freedom of Information Officer. Please complete our [1]complaints and
compliments online form if you wish to request an internal review.
If you are unhappy with the outcome of your complaint, you can contact the
Information Commissioner for a decision. Generally the ICO cannot make a
