Dear Home Office,
Under information Act 2000
How may Discretionary Leave to remain in the UK (DLR) have been granted to failed Kosovan asylum seekers under legacy program.
Whilst Discretionary Leave to remain in the UK (DLR) was granted how many individuals have been discovered or have inform home office them self to be Albania nationals rare than Kosovo national.
**( for example Mr. Smith comes to uk in 2000 claims asylum, as Kosovo given date of birth, place of birth, home address , school address etc. Mr.Smith granted Discretionary Leave to remain in the UK (DLR) has been granted in 2012 for 3 years when reapplied again as his (dlr) it's due to expire has now admitted that he/ she was in fact born in Albania, and not Kosovo as was claimed in asylum application and holds Albania passport.
How many case has home office under consideration if any
