What does the developer have to say?
We ( Echo) sent the Mayor's extensive statement to the developer behind the complex - Fox Street Village Ltd.

A fox Street Village spokesperson stated:

“We agree wholeheartedly with Mayor Anderson that public safety is paramount.
"As local developers with a history associated within the local community, we take great pride in the part we have played in contributing to the outstanding redevelopment of Fox Street.
[1] Could the Mayor, and the council along with the echo reporter please for the record state, what other local history has- Lin Mari -Fox street village developments ltd has in this Everton community?

[2] Will LCC supply all past track records of Mr Gary Howard’s other past developments besides Fox St, Then what has Fox Street, added to the local Everton community?
So far it has not paid its 106 fees of £1,000,000, or has any business rates been paid to the LCC and or council tax?

[3] Will the council work with other councillors and open an investigation into all payments made to Hughes PR, Cllr Calvert, Ex-Echo reporters and the Liverpool Echo, Gleeds Liverpool?
In other words, has money due to the LCC being used to pay others?

This is something the Liverpool echo has ducked all these years along with the LCC, Why?
Mr Reeves,
Some of your own councillors are calling for the NCA and SFO to open and look into Fox St, like what is happening over in Liverpool's Chinatown, would Tony Reeves, Jeanette McLoughlin decide the best open way forward and talk to these other councillors to share the evidence been collected, then maybe the LCC could find the missing fees of £1,000,000 in which this city is in need of due to the cuts the Liverpool echo keep on printing?

Yours faithfully,

Ms Williams and Fox St residents Everton
