1) Please could you detail your 2017-18 fee/reward structure for foster carers (NB this is different to allowances for the child). Please include:
i) Details of the levels/bands for carers and how much you pay per week at each level/band.
ii) The number of foster carers on each level/band, including those that receive no fee on top of the child’s allowance.

2) Please could you tell me your 2017-18 weekly allowances to former foster carers looking after young people in Continuing Care / When I am Ready arrangements, broken down by year 1, year 2, and year 3+ if necessary.

3) Please detail your 2017-18 fee/reward structure for former foster carers looking after young people in Continuing Care / When I am Ready arrangements. Please include:
i) Details of the levels/bands and how much you pay per week at each level/band.
ii) The number of former foster carers on each level/band, including those that receive no fee on top of the child’s allowance.

Does this mean supported lodgings for young people who require supported living after 18 as well as WIR which only covers young people who remain with foster carers post 18 arrangement's?

Thank you for your request for information, which was received on 12^th

Act 2000.
 
The specific information you requested was as follows:
 
1) Please could you detail your 2017-18 fee/reward structure for foster

Fee for foster carer households for 0-4 is £35.       Total in this band
is 14
Fee for foster carer households for 5-10 is £45.     Total in this band is
22
Fee for foster carer households for 11-15 is £60.   Total in this band is
37
Fee for foster carers households for 16 + is £60.   Total in this band is
22
 
These fees are on top of the basic maintenance allowance and are being
reviewed in April 2018.
 
Total number of foster carer connected carer households that do not
receive fee are as follows:
 
Band 0-4 yrs is 0
Band 5-10 yrs is 5
Band 11-15yrs is 9
Band 16 plus is 6

When I am Ready fee structure for 2016-17 and into 2018 is as follows:
 
Standard fee for foster carers who continue under the scheme is £182 per
week
No band 5 foster carers receive this rate
 
This fee is being reviewed in April 2018.
