Please could you tell me your 2019-20 weekly foster care allowances for young people age 16-18 years?

Please could you tell me your 2019-20 weekly allowances to former foster carers looking after young people in 18+ Staying Put arrangements, broken down by year 1, year 2, and year 3+ if necessary?

Q1. Please could you tell me your 2019-20 weekly foster care allowances

A1. The weekly foster care allowances are available on our website at:

Please note, the fosters allowances have stayed the same since 2014.

Q2. Please could you tell me your 2019-20 weekly allowances to former
foster carers looking after young people in 18+ Staying Put arrangements,
broken down by year 1, year 2, and year 3+ if necessary?

A2. The allowance for Staying Put arrangements at 18+, become ‘Supported
Lodgings’.

The Supported Lodgings Scheme offers an allowance of £271.62 per week,
