Dr.Julian E.G. Dransfield Ph:D

Dear Prime Minister’s Office,

Greetings,
Under Freedom of Information Act of 2000.

Research I have done has led me to the conclusion that Cestui Que ACT 1666 has declared me,JULIAN ERIC GEORGE DRANSFIELD, birth date 18th April,1949,East ham, London, as dead and lost at sea, as after 7 years from my birth. No document was lodged on my behalf, to indicate that I was still an actual living breathing being with a heart and soul.

The state therefore took ownership and owned the title to my fictional person. Would you check if you have any information with regards to
whether I am considered to be alive or dead, and provide me with documentation to prove that? Which Court or department could I also check to find out my true status of alive or dead? Also, where do I file an Affidavit of Being Alive with form 206(is that correct form)?

Thank you kindly for your doing this Job,I for one appreciate it, and for your attention of the above, and I look forward to hearing from you within 10 days.

Yours faithfully,
Julian

You send the completed evidence of life form 206 to the court funds office in Glasgow, the incorrect address is still on the form, it still clearly states that it is in London and it moved a few years ago, and fail to update their address of correspondence on the EoL 206.
