Dear Gary Richardson,

Thank you for your email in relation to a request for information about
food boxes. You have requested an internal review but we are unclear what
aspect of your request you wish to be up for review.

On 9 September 2020 you sent the following request:

      i.        How many food boxes have been issued in the North West of
England.

ii.        How many food boxes have been issued in Lancashire.

iii.        How many food boxes have been issued in Blackpool.

iv.        How many food boxes have been issued in the Blackpool North
and Cleveleys constituency.

    v.        How many food boxes have been issued in the Blackpool South
constituency.

The above requested information is for the period 23 March 2020 till 31
July 2020.

On 16 September 2020 we responded stating that under section 1(3) of the
FOIA, a public authority is not obliged to comply with a request unless
further information reasonably required to identify and locate the
information requested is supplied. We asked you whether your request
relates to the shielding food box scheme.

We also stated that when you have clarified your request, we will be able
to begin to process it. It was noted that the 20-working-day timescale for
responding to your request will commence from the date that we receive the
clarification.

Clarification was received on 20 September 2020 and we acknowledged it
informing you that the 20 working day legal deadline is 16 October 2020.

We are in the final stages of processing your request which is still live
and are aiming to meet the legal deadline.

Kind regards
