Follow up on Methane leaking at IGas Singleton well

I understand that you were contacted on 9th November by the SDNP Authority regarding methane leaking at :

Jonathan Halewood, Principal Inspector CEMHD3D of HSE Southern Chemicals Team
responded that :"I would expect controls in place for potential hazards from methane and other hydrocarbons present on site. I’ll contact the company and raise your concerns with them."
Please can you send copies of correspondence between the HSE and IGas regarding methane leaking at the site from this time.

Further to your request for information under the Environmental
Information Regulations, which was received on
13^th January 2022 by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) FOI Unit, I
am writing to let you know that the time limit for response needs to be
extended.
Although the Regulations normally require us to send a response within 20
working days, it is sometimes necessary to extend this limit in certain
circumstances.
In this case we will need to extend the response deadline by a further 10
days. Unfortunately delays in processing FOI requests in HSE HQ meant this
office only received your request
on 2^nd February 2022, leaving insufficient time properly consider the
request.
I hope to let you have a response by 24th February 2022 and I would like
to apologise for any inconvenience this delay may cause.
In the meantime, if you have any queries about this letter please contact
me quoting the reference number above.
If you are unhappy with the decisions made by HSE you may ask for an
internal review within two calendar months of the date of this letter by
writing to me
If you are not content with the outcome of the internal review you have
the right to apply directly to the Information Commissioner for a
decision.
