Dear National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence,

I would like the following pieces of information please:

1) The accreditation system - how has that been validated?

2) What proportion of meeting to approve accreditation have been quorate?

3) I have seen a number of adverts for NHS Evidence where you claim "The most dependable clinical and non-clinical information online". Can you supply me the evidence to support that claim.

4) Can you supply me the most recent (say 5) evidence search probes.
