Hi Hazel,

Can I just confirm that your response is stating no-one in the University's senior management discussed the financial impact of Covid-19 on the University at all? And that there were no discussions with anyone from the Scottish Government on the issue?

Yours sincerely,

Conor Matchett

Freedom of Information Enquiries,

Dear Conor
The University provided a response to your question which concerned ‘internal correspondence between members of the senior management team on the topic of financial losses due to Covid-19’. We have found that no relevant records were held. This does not mean that the matter was not addressed: it has been regularly and fully discussed by individuals and at relevant forums.

In respect of your second question, we found no relevant records which were direct communications with the Scottish Government relating to financial losses due to Covid-19. With the impact being sector wide, sector bodies played a key role in communications with Government.

Regards
Hazel
